New Posts
I've been on a bit of an Anime kick this month, but I also took a look at the movie Argylle, and what Robin Williams Has to do with world building.
Review: Argylle - You know you're a writer when...
I don’t know why I made the raccoons Irish, but it works

Ask Jason Anything
Q: Are you in a band? I noticed on your website that you're into guitars.
A: Nope, no band for me. I never said I was good at guitar (I finally figured out how to play an F after waaay too many years of playing), but I'm good enough to avoid writing for a couple of hours. The guitar collection started when I found a screaming deal on a Les Paul, and it sort of snowballed from there. I'm currently at five electrics (the Les Paul, two Fenders, and two Squiers), and three acoustics (an Ovation, a Washburn, and a Yamaha 12-string).
And remember: if you have a question for Jason, shoot him an email at questions@mohlermedia.net.

Meet the Jewels: Onyx

Abandoned as a child, Onyx was raised by Isa’s Children in the village of Winter’s Pass on the border between Thera and Moreti. Growing up in a shrine the way she did, she was raised for a life of peace, although her sharp tongue has caused trouble more than once.
She is very protective of those she cares about and isn’t afraid to speak her mind when the need arises, even going so far as to criticize the king. While some speculate her tongue is the reason she was selected to become a Jewel, she prefers to believe that it is a challenge given by Isa to test her resolve.
Everyone’s wrong. The Elements have more in store for the young Jewel than anyone could imagine.
